107 Spock icons

Looooooooooong time, no post. :-/ I promise hope to post more often now that we've moved into Winter over here. Anyway, here's a batch of icons I made for [info]st_100 which were supposed to be made in 10 weeks and somehow took 11 months. D'oh. There's a hundred of 'em, plus a handful of extras that were either contest entries or variations of ones I made for the 100 icon thingy. Given that this batch took 11 months from start to finish, I think you can expect a fairly large amount of style variation. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Thanks for the wonderful collection! I hope you can find a minute now and then to get back to us here on the intertubes! You are missed!

Thank you! I haven't ever really considered doing tutorials - and I'm terrible for not keeping the original .psd files, but I'll usually try and reconstruct something if someone asks. :-)

Yeah... I love my job, but it sucks up so much of my fannish time, dammit. Somewhere, hidden away (probably for the safety of mankind), there is still a wannabe writer itching to get near the keyboard, as well.

But making icons seems to be something I can still squeeze in between those unfortunate bouts of RL.

Guh. These are all so fantastic I can't figure out which ones to snag! These are some of the best Spock icons I have ever seen. Brilliant stuff.

Will credit when I decide which ones I love best. :-)

Totally new to this site

Awesome pics & icons, i can tell alot of work went into them. I haven't learned how to 'snag' any yet, but nonetheless great work.

And everyone needs some icons. Here's how you do it:

Go to this page (you can access it from your userinfo page under Profile-->Manage Userpics).

Save the icons you want to use to your computer, then upload them into the 'From File' box by clicking on 'Browse' and finding them in the folder where you saved them. In the 'Keywords' box you can write a short description or some keywords to describe the icon so that you'll know which icon is which when they're in a written list. In the "Comment' people often give "credit" for the icon by listing the name of the person who made the icon.

I hope that all made sense - just ask if it didn't. Welcome to LJ! :-D

I can't remember to have ever admired 100 and more icons and loved the whole batch!!

I couldn't possibly choose among them, so I memmed this post and will stare at it in awe for the time being! I'm stunned by your creativity. (I'm an icon maker, so I know what I'm saying!)
